LOS ANGELES, CA. , (October 9, 2007) – 3volution Productions LLC, a leading provider of custom audio, video and marketing solutions for video games, today announced the launch of its news sister company, 3volution Promotions, a full-service marketing and promotions provider. With the launch of the company, 3volution has also secured its first major client with the signing of Redux Beverages LLC, a beverage manufacturing company. 3volution Promotions will market and promote the company’s energy drink, Cocaine (recently renamed No Name Energy Drink). The drink has enjoyed controversy and a cult following, due to its name, superior flavor and its high caffeine content (three and a half times the amount of the leading competitor).

Founded by musician, producer and promoter, Raymond Herrera and marketing veteran Laddie Ervin, 3volution Promotions will offer full-service marketing and promotions including complete advertising, grass roots and branding campaigns, events and sponsorships, market research, public relations, audio and video production and more.

Ervin and Herrera previously partnered on audio and video production at 3volution Productions where they offered many clients additional marketing resources as part of their services which led to this new venture.

“We take a pragmatic approach to marketing and promotions and focus on what is best to attain our clients’ goals.” said Laddie Ervin, Co-Owner of 3volution Promotions. “This often takes us into uncharted territory because that is where the target market is these days.”

“3volution makes things happen for us.” said Redux Founder, Jamey Kirby. “Many marketers promise tailored, targeted campaigns but then deliver cookie-cutter, ‘me-too’ promotions that fail to deliver, but 3volution understands our market, products, and who were trying to reach and they get our products noticed and our messages delivered.”

Ervin brings experience in product development, marketing, TV, video, audio and music production while Herrera, a drummer and founding member of the industrial metal band, Fear Factory, has extensive experience in the world of production, music, events and promotions. Herrera has been involved with the No Name energy drink since its launch, including its controversy with the FDA over the original Cocaine name, and the innovative decision by the company to give naming rights to the user by producing a nameless can featuring a customizable white “billboard” for consumers to write in whatever they want.

Redux Beverages Announces A New Energy Drink: Brawndo: The Thirst Mutilator

The fictional drink from the Mike Judge cult hit, Idiocracy, comes to life this December in the form of a bright green, electrolyte-packed, “thirst-mutilating” energy drink

Los Angeles, CA.,–November 27, 2007 — It won’t replace water — but it comes pretty darn close! Redux Beverages LLC, a beverage manufacturing company, whose lineup includes the controversially named, Cocaine, has announced an addition to its line of energy drinks called Brawndo: The Thirst Mutilator. Recently named “One of the top ten movie products we wish we had” by Maxim.com, Brawndo is now a reality; hitting retail in December of this year.

Officially licensed from the 2006 cult-hit Mike Judge (Beavis and Butthead, King of the Hill) movie Idiocracy, Brawndo is a lemon-lime endurance supplement beverage. Bright green with a smooth tangy flavor, Brawndo refreshes and energizes with 200 mg of caffeine, electrolytes, inositol and guarana.

“Brawndo: The Thirst Mutilator is a perfect fit for the Redux brand of products which stand for quality and attitude,” said Redux Founder, Jamey Kirby. “With Brawndo we have a product that we already know people want, and even those who don’t know the movie will easily fall for its great taste and superior energizing attributes.”

Through a partnership with 20th Century Fox Films and OMNI Consumer Products, Redux Beverages will bring the drink to market in December of this year in the form of a bright green, sports/energy hybrid beverage with 200mg of caffeine, electrolytes, inositol, guarana, and a smooth lemon-lime flavor. Brawndo will be available in a yellow, 16 oz aluminum can citing the catchphrase from the movie: “It’s got what plants crave!”

Brawndo joins Redux Beverages’ existing sports and energy drinks which include Cocaine (recently renamed No Name Energy Drink for the US marketbut still marketed under the Cocaine brand in Europe). A drink that has enjoyed controversy and a cult following, due to its name, superior flavor and its high caffeine content (three and a half times the amount of the leading competitor).
